Vijay Khindria

Vijay has over 35 years experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Further to graduating in Chemistry from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh, Vijay began his career as an analytical chemist and subsequently took up management posts in Quality Control and Quality Assurance with a number of pharmaceutical companies including blue chip pharma.

Vijay is registered as a Qualified Person under the terms of European Directive 2001/83/EEC in both the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. An experienced GMP auditor, Vijay has audited both Formulation and API facilities across Europe and the Asia Pacific region.

Vijay has operated as a pharmaceutical consultant since 2005 and in that time has assisted small to medium sized pharmaceutical companies in improving their GMP compliance and achieving successful regulatory inspections by the Competent Authorities such as the UK’s MHRA and the Irish Medicines Board.

Vijay is based in Edinburgh, Scotland.
